Before you book your place on the Summer Saxophones course, please take a moment to read our Terms of booking. By proceeding, you’ll be confirming that you’re happy with these terms.
- The course fee for residential participants includes all tuition, classes, concerts, ensuite accommodation & full board.
- The course fee for non residential participants includes all tuition, classes, concerts and lunch & dinner.
- A £100 deposit is payable at the time of booking.
- The course is for over 18’s only.
- Full payment of course fees is required by 1st June 2026.
- Invoices will be issued on 1st May 2026.
- In case of illness or other circumstances beyond our control we reserve the right to alter advertised classes or faculty, but will inform you if this proves necessary.
- Individual sessions or meals not taken will not be refunded.
- Summer Saxophones and St Mary’s School, Calne accept no responsibility to loss or damage to instruments or personal belongings. You are strongly advised to provide your own insurance for instruments and other valuables.
- There will be a locked room for larger instruments.
Cancellation of booking / Refund policy:
- before June 30: 90% refund minus deposit
- before July 30: 50% refund minus deposit
- August onwards: 0% refund
Cancellation of Course
- Cancellation of course – A full refund will be made
- Early termination of course due to COVID will activate a pro rata refund.
